Latin Orthodox Succession of Supreme Pontiffs

This work by PGP Media
commemorates the first anniversary of the providential alignment
realized on 21 April,
the founding day of Rome, on which the
Roman-Ruthenian papal office reached its full public manifestation.
While this moment reached its visible completion in 2025, its origins
lie earlier: formally recognized in 2014
and gradually revealed in the
years that followed. The Church’s Apostolic inheritance extends to the
very
foundation of the Church itself. The moment in the history of the
Church here commemorated marked neither
a beginning nor the creation of
something new, but a fulfillment. It is the unveiling of a trust long
established,
preserved in continuity, and now fully expressed in the
life of the Roman-Ruthenian Church.

The Petrine succession as received and manifested within the Latin Orthodox tradition:
from the Apostolic foundation in Saint Peter, through the
historic Roman inheritance, to its contemporary expression.
